Hojung was raised in Seoul, Korea. She will earn her B.S. degree in 2026 from KAIST majoring in Chemistry. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Chemistry as a member of the Lee group. Her research focuses on developing transition metal catalyst.
Outside the lab, Hojung is passionate about art, design, and crafting. She is also an avid traveler, particularly enjoying solo adventures where she seeks to explore new places and embrace diverse experiences.
