Geunyoung graduated from Yonsei University with a B.A. in Material Science and joined the Lee group in 2023 as a Master's course student.After completing his M.S. degree, he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same group. He is working on developing asymmetric catalytic systems, in particular for the stereoselective synthesis of chiral molecules involving the construction of multiple stereocenters.
Outside the lab, he enjoys hitting the ski slopes, exploring new places, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.
